Paul is a highly capable and hugely experienced transport engineer & director with 35 years of public transport involvement. He spent nine years leading a global, 600-person railway engineering consultancy with 20 offices in 14 countries and with unbroken P&L growth.

Paul has over 20 years experience managing high-value critical railway systems performance projects. Paul’s expertise includes managing global multidisciplinary teams in a complex business environment, and is equally at home setting high level technical and business strategy or immersing himself in detail.
