She holds the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) and the NEBOSH Construction certification, with expertise covering project management, engineering, business development, and software development.

Kelly has contributed to major UK projects, including the Core Valley Lines, Merseyrail, Elizabeth Line, and KeolisAmey Docklands Light Railway. She is now building on her technical knowledge in rail systems to develop expertise in cybersecurity, focusing on securing critical infrastructure.
