Bringing into Use
-
Getting projects over the line and bringing new or upgraded railways into use can be incredibly complex and introduces significant risk. Our team have ‘been there and done it’ and are always looking for ways to implement lessons learnt to ensure our clients’ projects are introduced into service successfully. We can manage and support operational readiness, migration, system handover and testing strategies, safety case development and verification and validation.
-
Operational Readiness
We support our clients to ensure their organisations have the capabilities to operate new projects in service, including developing trial operation plans, operational acceptance criteria and handover activities.
-
Verification and Validation
We are highly experienced in the full V-cycle of railway projects and use our prior experience and lessons learnt to ensure successful entry into service.
-
Testing Strategies
We use our international experience to both develop efficient testing strategies corresponding to the technical requirements, and to analyse the test results and produce test reports with the next steps outlined.
-
System Handover
We apply our global experience to system handover activities for our clients and ensure the transition from the project team delivering a project to the end user’s business as usual activities are as smooth as possible.
